Principal Contractor – Refurbishment
KNG Building Services Ltd acted as Principal Contract for SGI on a new coworking lounge and performance café at Steel City Stadium . The vacant Ground Floor area has been re-purposed into a café and Co-working at the heart of Sheffield Olympic Legacy Park.
The innovation hub has been designed to act as the front door to the park, providing entrepreneurs, researchers, athletes, and students with a dedicated space to connect, collaborate, and accelerate ideas. The work included the fit out of electrical services, heating and ventilation as well as provision of services to the café catering facilities. KNG also provided Principal Contractor Services for the decoration, partitioning and finishes contractors.
