Continuing our strong relationship with development company Munroe K, KNG have delivered an EPC A rated office refurbishment in line with the standards required at White Rose Office Park.
The latest refurbishment work to be completed at Building No 3 required an overhaul of the heating/ventilation and air conditioning services along with a ground mounted Solar Photovoltaic system to meet the required sustainability plan for the office park.
